Organic wine is wine produced using grapes grown organically, in other words, using only products of natural origin, without the use of weed killers, pesticides, or any chemical products during the agricultural or winemaking processes. This kind of wine is certified by a third party to confirm that the natural resources involved in its production have been managed properly.
Our name is a tribute to the noble and docile mules that once helped the winegrowers in their work. Today, they roam freely through the vineyards and we remember them for their patience, resistance, simplicity, tolerance to harsh climates, loyalty, strength, and courage.
